Lincoln Property Group to Build First Las Vegas Business Park
LPC Desert West, the Southwest Division of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company, has acquired 86 acres for an industrial real estate project. Known as the Windsor Commercial Park, at eight buildings and almost 1.6 million square feet, the project represents the company’s first ground-up development in Nevada. LPC’s David Krumwiede welcomes the opportunity, “We’re excited to apply our decades of real estate development expertise here as we continue to grow our local footprint.”
Across from the North Las Vegas Airport, the company will prepare buildings that range from 50,000 square feet to nearly 400,000 feet. The buildings will feature 36 foot clear height, 24 foot tall glass entries, touchless technology and large windows.
The company says the project will bring over 1,500 jobs to the area. Construction is expected to begin Q1 2023 and complete Q4 2024. A general contractor will be hired in October.
