Walton Global Sells 681 Acre San Marcos Parcel

Walton Global touts that they invest in land that has a strong chance of one day being developed into a master-planned community. Located in Caldwell County, within the Austin-San Antonio corridor, the development site sits along State Highway 142 and is close to Interstate 35. Walton Global’s David Peter says the property has potential, “We are pleased to continue our support in this expanding region where we know there is a high demand for land for real estate, industrial and commercial developments.” SafeHand Holdings was the buyer. While the company does not have a website, their corporate name has been attached to developments in the region.

Walton Global is concentrating on high-demand real estate markets such as Austin and San Antonio. San Marcos, which is between the two cities, has seen rapid growth. Developments such as Discovery Village, La Cima and TRACE are expected to deliver homes and/or rental units soon.
