Cushman & Wakefield Hires Multifamily Specialist Team in Seattle
Cushman & Wakefield has welcomed a six-member multifamily brokerage team to their Seattle office. The team led by managing directors Tim McKay, Sam Wayne and Dan Chhan, has closed over 225 sales totaling nearly 10,000 units with a transactional value exceeding $1.5 billion.
“We are thrilled to have this dynamic team join Cushman & Wakefield. Their successful investment sales practice is now combined with our robust multifamily platform that will allow our investor clients to exceed their business plan objectives, which is always our number one objective,” said the firm’s John O’Neill.
The team, previously at Colliers, is: Tim McKay, managing director; Sam Wayne, managing director; Dan Chhan, managing director; Matt Kemper, senior director; Adam Groberman, associate; and Emily Skadan, marketing program manager.
