NYC Housing Development Corp. Leases 109K SF at 120 Broadway

The New York City Housing Development Corporation (NYCHDC) signed a long-term lease totaling 109,234 square feet at Silverstein Properties’ 120 Broadway in Lower Manhattan. The city agency is relocating from its current location at 110 William St. a few blocks away.

“NYCHDC’s continued commitment to Lower Manhattan is testament to the long-term strength and appeal of the area’s office market,” said Keith Cody, SVP of leasing at Silverstein Properties. “We are pleased to offer them our robust, hospitality-focused amenity program, which includes one of the largest outdoor spaces in an office building downtown.”

Cody, Joseph Artusa and Harlan Strader III represented Silverstein as well as Erik Harris, Scott Klau and Brian Waterman from Newmark. Lance Korman and Kevin Sullivan from Newmark represented NYCHDC.
