Cushman & Wakefield Hires Valuation & Advisory Team
Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has hired a seven-person group to further expand the company’s Valuation & Advisory Living Sector practice area. The team, led by Brian O’Connor, MAI, CRE, is based in Seattle, where they specialized in the multifamily sector and are highly regarded for their market and feasibility studies.
The team brings plenty of experience in the Living sector, with emphasis in multifamily market analysis as well as valuation and consulting. They have performed work in several states and have also provided services for other commercial property and valuation sectors.
The seven person team includes Brian O’Connor as Executive Director with 36 years of experience, including his role as the principal author of the Seattle Metropolitan Area Apartment Market Report. Soryun Fitzpatrick joins as Director. Brian Mitchell, Howard Ruthman and Scott Wilson join the firm as Associate Directors. Kellen O’Connor joins as an Associate and Raphael Nunziata as Appraisal Coordinator.
