Savills Adds David Fitzgerald for NoVa Tenant Advisory Service Expansion

Savills has hired David Fitzgerald as managing director. He will represent tenants in transaction management, lease negotiation, project management, portfolio optimization and budget forecasting from the company’s office in McLean, VA.

In addition to tenant lease and transaction management, Fitzgerald will work closely with the firm’s key business functions such as portfolio strategy, workplace and occupancy management and lease administration.

Over his decade-long career, Fitzgerald has held positions in asset management and consulting with leading financial services institutions, including Mutual of America, New York Life, and J.P. Morgan Asset Management. He holds a B.S. in financial economics from Ohio University.
