AMP&RSAND Lands HED as New Tenant in Mission Valley
Cushman & Wakefield, representing the Casey Brown Company, has secured a new tenant at a creative office redevelopment in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. Architecture firm Harley Ellis Devereaux Corp. (HED), has signed a 10,500-square-foot lease at the former San Diego Union-Tribune campus now called AMP&RSAND.
“HED is excited about the opportunity to relocate our San Diego office to the iconic former UT building,” said the firm’s Managing Principal Neville Willsmore. “The flexible indoor-outdoor opportunities afforded by our top floor location will allow us to engage daily with the climate and environment that makes San Diego a special place to work, live and play.”
“We are thrilled to welcome HED to AMP&RSAND,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Derek Hulse, part of the team that arranged the lease along with Brett Ward and Morgan Reno. The 343,000-square foot property features agile space options, a gourmet cafe and outdoor conferencing rooms.
