Daum Secures Tenant at New Oxnard Industrial Property

Daum Commercial Real Estate Services has completed the lease of a 69,000-square-foot industrial distribution building in Oxnard, CA on behalf of the lessor E&E Trust. Robert Mann Packaging, represented by JLL’s Bart Reinhard, will be the new tenant after signing a 5-year lease at the newly constructed building.

“Our client was seeking to leverage the high demand for warehouse and distribution space, along with an unmatched location within Ventura County,” said Daum’s Mitchell Conlee. “The property is strongly suited to the tenant’s operations, with strategic positioning near the 101 Freeway offering access to local ports.”

The building, located at 500 North Elevar St. in the McInnes Ranch Business Park, offers 30-foot minimum clear height, eight dock-high doors, two grade-level doors, high pile material storage, an ESFR building sprinkler system and a secure truck court.
