Weiss Realty Subsidiary Secures 161K-SF Lease at Decatur’s Commerce Park

Queenanne Realty LLC, a Chicago based subsidiary of Moonachie, NJ-based Weiss Realty Co, Inc., owner/manager has leased 161,000 square feet at Commerce Park in Decatur, IL to Stripmasters Services Inc. The tenant is a leading commercial and industrial blasting, painting and power coating company that services the Midwest region. 

Commerce Park, situated on 147 acres off US Route 51 and Interstate 72, is a strategically located industrial park in the Decatur -Macon County Enterprise Zone, adjacent to the ADM Intermodal Ramp which allows for the processing of third-party international shipping containers.  

Decatur is home to the Midwest Inland Port, a multi-modal hub with connectivity to 2 Class I railroads and two short line railroads. The central location gives access to more than 99 million consumers within a 500-mile radius.
