Walmart-Anchored Las Vegas Shopping Center Gets Refinanced
PEBB Enterprises closed on the $36.15 million refinancing of Cheyenne Commons in Las Vegas. The company has owned the center since 2019. The center, which is on 35 acres, has 352,000 square feet of retail space.
Built in 1993, it was extensively renovated in 2018. Besides Walmart, the center’s tenants consist of Floor & Decor, Goodwill and Ross Dress for Less. The center is 93% occupied, up from 80% when PEBB took over the center.
PEBB’s Ian Weiner says the loan is a great milestone, “We are thrilled to secure this refinancing of Cheyenne Commons. This large-scale shopping center benefits from a strong tenant roster, visible location and compelling demographics.”
PEBB also owns Galleria Pavilion in Henderson, Nevada.
