Riverside Luxury Apartments Trade for $60M

Raincross Promenade, LLC has acquired the Raincross Promenade luxury multifamily property located at 3250 Market St. in downtown Riverside, CA. Kyle Pinkalla of Northmarq’s San Diego investment sales team represented the seller, an entity of Regional Properties LP in the $60 million deal.

The 141-unit property built in 2010, was constructed in four-stories with structured garage parking. It has an assortment of large floor plans, including two-level townhomes, and is equipped with high-end finishes and amenities.

Raincross Promenade features Spanish-colonial styling and its downtown location offers the convenience of walkable amenities including many entertainment, dining and shopping options. In addition, the famous Mission Inn and historic County Courthouse are also nearby.
