Trio of Partners Initiates Senior Living Community in Nashville’s West End
Ryan Companies US, Inc., LCS and Harrison Street have formed a joint venture and begun construction on Clarendale West End, a 172-unit senior living community in Nashville, TN.
The 261,000-square-foot, five-story asset will offer independent and assisted living as well as memory care to accommodate the changing health needs of its residents.
“As the population ages in the Nashville market, we’re going to see senior housing demand continue to increase,” said Brandon Raymond, director of real estate development, Ryan Companies. According to Moore Diversified Services, Inc., Nashville’s 75+ population is expected to grow 4.4% annually, outpacing the city’s annual total population growth of 1.2%.
Amenities and services will include medical care; dining options; theatre; continuing education and arts; fitness center and classes; salon and spa and transportation to local shopping, events and appointments.
Clarendale West End will be the partners’ third Clarendale location in TN and 12th collaborative project.
