Edelman, the first office tenant to sign at the redeveloped 250 Hudson St. in 2009, has renewed its lease for 15 more years

Pioneering Hudson Square Tenant Edelman Renews Office Lease for 174K SF

Edelman has renewed its 173,618-square-foot offices at Jack Resnick & Sons’ 250 Hudson St. in Manhattan’s Hudson Square neighborhood. The renewal runs for 15 years. Edelman was the first tenant to commit to the redeveloped property in 2009.

“In 2007, we recognized the potential of Hudson Square and its magnificent manufacturing era buildings to serve as the next great hub for creative, innovation economy companies,” said Jonathan Resnick, president of Jack Resnick & Sons. “We were fortunate to be joined at 250 Hudson by forward-looking firms such as Edelman, whose leadership understood and fully embraced our vision.  Their early commitment helped pave the way for the next generation of Hudson Square creative firms, including Google and even Disney.”

CBRE’s Mary Ann Tighe, Ken Meyerson, Todd Lippman and Adele Huang represented Edelman in negotiating the renewal.  Jack Resnick & Sons was represented in-house by Adam Rappaport and Brett Greenberg.
