Global Holdings Secures Four Leases at 410 Park Ave.
Global Holdings Management Group has completed four office transactions totaling 41,767 square feet at its 410 Park Ave. in Manhattan’s Plaza District. A JLL team of Paul Glickman, Benjamin Bass, Diana Biasotti, Kristen Morgan and Harrison Potter handles leasing at the 22-story property.
The leases included the following:
- Glendower Capital expanded to 14,278 square feet, represented by Cresa’s Gregg Cohen.
- China CITIC Bank also expanded to 14,278 square feet, represented by CBRE’s Clyde Reetz.
- Incentrum Group renewed and expanded to occupy 9,071 square feet, represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s David Mainthow, Troy Elias and Nick Masi.
- JFI Family Office signed a three-year renewal for 4,140 square feet, represented by Bass.
