Prosper site for future 150K sq ft mixed-use project

Prosper Site Chosen for New Mixed-Use Development

Capitalize Ventures, a developer from nearby Frisco, has purchased a prime Prosper parcel with plans to build a mixed-use development. The 36-acre parcel will be the site of a 150,000 square foot development, which is near the Star Trail Community.

DuWest Realty’s Scott Rodgers, who is working on the project, says the location is the key, “The mixed-use upscale development will be in the middle of the path of growth north of US Highway 380. It is strategically located close to the Jerry Jones family-developed Star Trail neighborhoods and surrounded by new residential, health care and commercial developments.”

The development site is just south of an almost 20-acre tract that just sold to grocer H-E-B for a new supermarket.

Dallas-based O’Brien Architects is designing the Prosper project.
