Bee Cave Okays 399 Multifamily Apartments/Townhomes

The Morgan Group has developed over a dozen apartment assets in Houston, but now they’ve got their sights set on a much smaller target, Bee Cave. The town of under 10,000 residents, which is about 20 minutes west of Austin, will soon get a new 340-unit multifamily community.

The Towns council recently approved the rezoning to allow the development on 22 acres. The project will feature ten buildings with 340 units plus an additional 59 attached townhomes, a parking structure, a pool and a restaurant. Besides a standard slate of amenities, the developers are setting aside 3.5 acres for scenic trails and two scenic overlooks of the Balcones Canyonland Preserve.

The development will be off Bee Cave Parkway and RM 620. Morgan is hoping that the project will take somewhere between three and five years to build out.
