Three-Property Portfolio Listed in Lincoln Square, Lincoln Park
Essex Realty Group’s Doug Imber, Kate Varde, Jaimie Steinher, Dan Shepherd and Rick Ofman have been tapped to sell a three-property, 63-unit portfolio in Lincoln Square and Lincoln Park totaling more than $17,000,000. The owner has owned the property for several years and is a local investor.
The Lincoln Park property, located at 1509-1513 W. Fullerton Ave., is a 10-unit mixed-use property, just west of DePaul University and the Fullerton CTA L line.
The remaining two properties, located in Lincoln Square at 2600 W. Montrose Ave. and 4600 N. Lincoln Ave., respectively, are within less than a mile of each other. 2600 W. Montrose is a 26-unit courtyard building, while 4600 N. Lincoln offers 27 units, three of which are commercial spaces, including Fork, a well-known restaurant that has been a tenant since 2011. Both properties are within walking distance to Welles and Horner Parks.
