M&T Launches CRE Innovation Office, Adds Key Execs in NYC
M&T has launched its new Commercial Real Estate Innovation Office, an integrated team focused on building comprehensive solutions for commercial real estate clients. Leading the new office will be its creator, EVP Brooke Cianfichi, based in New York.
“M&T has deep experience in the commercial real estate space, and the Innovation Office marks our commitment to continued expansion in diversified commercial real estate solutions,” said Peter D’Arcy, Head of Commercial Banking, M&T Bank.
Three new hires with deep and varied CRE backgrounds recently started in the innovation office. They include SVP Lopa Kolluri, who joined M&T from HUD; SVP Laura Murphy, previously of TF Cornerstone; and Ashley Mitchell, VP and lead commercial segment support analyst, most recently with People’s United Bank.
“In conclusion, we understand the client well because many of us were once the client,” said Cianfichi. “The clients’ needs guide our priorities today and into the future.”
