Data Center Operator Buys Large Parcel in Phoenix Suburb
QTS Datacenters spent $255.3 million on a 391 piece of land in Glendale Arizona. The seller was First Industrial Realty. The buyer, owned by powerhouse Blackstone, will be using the land to develop a nine-building industrial logistics park called Camelback 303.
Camelback 303 has easy access to the Loop 303 freeway. Trucks will be able to take advantage of the nearby full diamond interchange at Camelback Road and Bethany Home Road. Buildings are expected to range in size from 250,000 square feet to 1.5 million square feet
QTS was purchased by Blackstone for $10 billion in June of 2021.
