Colliers, Orlando Appoints Kirk Fetter as Managing Director of Office Services
Colliers has hired Kirk Fetter as managing director, office services in its Orlando, FL office. Fetter, who has nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, will focus on office landlord advisory services.
Prior to joining Colliers, Fetter served as SVP of leasing for Gaedeke Group, a full-service owner and operator of Class A office buildings around the country. During his more than 25-year career, he has handled leasing and overall oversight of more than 2.5 million square feet of assets in FL, GA, TN and Washington, DC.
Kirk most recently managed leasing for Brickell Arch, a 36-story Class A mixed-use tower in Miami that includes over 260,000 square feet of office space, 16,000 square feet of retail space, 10 floors of premium condo units and a 203-room hotel. Prior to Gaedeke Group, Fetter spent four years with commercial real estate investment firm Faison, focusing on office landlord and tenant representation.
