VIDEO: Connect LA Experts Share Insights on 2022 CRE Outlook

During the recent Connect Los Angeles event, several Southern California commercial real estate leaders were asked, “Has the outlook of commercial real estate changed since the start of 2022?” 

In this video featuring Tony Natsis, Partner at Allen Matkins, Joseph Derhake, CEO of Partner Engineering and Science, David Waite, Partner at Cox, Castle and Nicholson, Richard K. Green, Director and Chair of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, Chris Cooper, Principal, Managing Director-Southern California at Avison Young and Carl Muhlstein, Executive Managing Director at JLL, the answer to that question is a unanimous “Yes”, but as Natsis points out, the perception is worse than the data.

As a business reporter, Mark covered the tech world in Silicon Valley where he became familiar with real estate transactions in the hot Bay Area marketplace.
