Fintech Company Coast Opts for Full Floor at Renovated 625 Broadway 

 Kaufman Leasing Company arranged an 8,085-square-foot lease with financial services company Coast at ASB Real Estate’s 625 Broadway in SoHo. The company will occupy the entire ninth floor of the 12-story property. 

“The renovations to 625 Broadway were completed in 2021 and have since brought newly designed pre-built spaces to the building,” said Grant Greenspan, partner at Kaufman. “We have been seeing these high-end loft spaces attract companies in the cryptocurrency, financial tech, advertising, media and showroom spaces.  

“For a financial tech company like Coast, this location offered a space that could support the company’s growth serving as the New York City headquarters as well as offer employees a flexible work life with a creative, high-quality office environment on the East Coast,” he continued. 

Greenspan, Elliot Warren and Jared Sternberg of Kaufman Leasing Company represented ASB. Colliers’ Eric Ferriello and Sam Einhorn represented the tenant.
