Greystar Begins Building Phoenix-Area 2 Million Square Foot Industrial Park

The park is going in at the corner of Sossaman and Pecos Roads in Mesa, Arizona. It’s being called Gateway Grand and will include three buildings. One will be just over a million square feet and the other two check in at about 500,000 square feet. They’re expected to be completed in 2023.

Qualified companies locating at Gateway Grand May be able to take advantage of the City of Mesa’s Foreign Trade Zone providing reduced or deferred tariffs and duties, along with reduced property taxes. Gateway Grand is adjacent to the the soon-to-be completed Pecos Industrial Rail and Train Extension by Union Pacific.
