Sage Realty Arranges Octet of Leases at 777 Third Ave. 

Sage Realty, the leasing and management division of the William Kaufman Organization, has signed eight leases – some new; some renewals – totaling more than 48,000 square feet at WKO’s 777 Third Ave. 

New leases include the following: 

  • Serafina Express, represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Azarian and James Ariola. 
  • Big Sun Holdings Group, represented by Prime Manhattan Realty’s Todd Abrams. 
  • Tempus Ex Machina, Inc, represented by Skylight Leasing’s Elie Reiss. 
  • Lisanti Capital Growth, LLC, represented by Newmark’s Todd Hershmann and Alex Rosenblum. 
  • Bradford Allen Realty Services, LLC, represented by Bradford Allen’s Glenn Isaacson. 

Renewals included the following:  

  • Dewey Pegno & Kramarsky LLP, renewed and expanded to a full floor, represented by CBRE’s David Hollander and Liz Lash. 
  • Sheffield Haworth, Inc, represented by Savills New York’s Evan Margolin and Lance Leighton. 
  • Innovatus Capital Partners, LLC, represented by Newmark’s. Brian Goldman and Matthew Lorberbaum.
