Arlington Amazon Last-Mile Distribution Facility Acquired by Realterm

Amazon hasn’t left every Texas town high and dry. Due to a slump in earnings they have either shuttered or stopped work on four last-mile warehouses in Texas. Oxford Properties sold the 186,000 square foot fulfillment center at 2400 Centennial Dr. in Arlington. Realterm was the buyer. Amazon will stay put.

The building, which sits on 15 acres, has easy access to I-20 and I-30 and was recently upgraded with amenities especially designed for Amazon. The front load building features a 29-foot clear height, 10 dock-high doors, deep truck court, LED lighting and 338 van parking spaces with ample employee parking.
