Dallas Investor Picks Up Three Multifamily Properties

The three properties include Avenida Crossing in Mesquite, a 486-unit project, which will be rebranded as Holbrook. 70% of its units will be upgraded. In addition, the group picked up the 216-unit Red Rock Apartments which is being renamed Decker Apartments and the 255 Gold Creek apartments which will called Remi Apartment Homes. The. company will be injecting $2 million into the Remi. The company now has nearly 5,000 units in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Founded in 2010, Ashland Greene now has apartments in Dallas, Denton and the Houston area.
