378 Affordable Housing Units Coming to New Braunfels

Alliance Residential boasts that its Prose brand of apartments will allow residents to receive more value. The company’s marketing material states, “Through years of research and development, we created highly cost-efficient product constructed to a lower price point, targeting rents up to 20% lower than comparable apartments.

The company plans to start construction of its latest project in New Braunfels on September 16th and will take about two years to build. 14 three-story buildings and a one-story clubhouse are planned for the property. Parking will be a combination of garages and surface parking, amounting to 753 spaces.

The project will be on 3.5 acres just north of Canyon High School. New Braunfels is about 20 miles northeast of San Antonio.
