Corpus Christi Base, College Housing Project Sold
DLP Capital acquired the 252-unit Harbor House, located near the Air Force Base of Corpus Christi and the Texas A&M Corpus Christi campus. DLP’s Donn Wenner says the project fills a niche, “Quality housing shouldn’t be unattainable, and we hope to appeal to local military members, logistics workers and students in the area that may be seeking a home close to work and school.”
The group is rebranding the development from the Harbor House to DLP Saratoga. It has seven different floor plans from one-three bedrooms with amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, basketball court, media room/theater and covered parking.
The group has approximately two dozen properties as part of their mission to provide affordable workplace housing.
