Bonaventure has sold The Bend Arbordale Apartments in Williamsburg, VA to The Inland Real Estate Group for $100 million.

Bonaventure Offloads $100M Multifamily Community in Williamsburg

Alexandria, VA-based Bonaventure has completed the $100-million sale of a 289-unit garden-style multifamily property in Williamsburg, VA to The Inland Real Estate Group.

“The price we were able to command reflects the asset’s high quality and the strong investor appetite for stabilized multifamily communities in markets with solid employment fundamentals,” said Dwight Dunton, founder and CEO of Bonaventure.

Drew White and Carter Wood of Berkadia the arranged the sale of the community, The Bend Arbordale Apartments, on behalf of Bonaventure.

The property on Bulifants Boulevard features a two- and three-bedroom floor plans with private balconies or patios. The community’s amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, business center, clubhouse and dog park. The property is proximate to Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center and the shops and restaurants near Route 199 and Interstate 64.

Bonaventure has over $1.5 billion of assets under managementand manages over 6,000 apartment units across 31 communities primarily in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
