Award-Winning Office Sells in Gilbert
The Collab was sold by Creation, a Phoenix real estate investment firm. The sales price was $20.2 million, more than $500 a square foot. The building has a mix of 31,282 square feet of office and 9,277 square feet of retail. It’s currently 100% occupied.
The four-story building, on an acre of land, is in the Heritage District of Gilbert, a fast growing suburb of Phoenix. The project has ground level covered parking and a fourth floor patio space.
Last year, the Collab was named best office project with less than 150,000 square feet by AZ RE Magazine. A group led by Eric Wichterman, from Cushman & Wakefield, brokered the deal. The buyer was not disclosed.
