CBRE Arranges Sale and Full-Building Lease for Indianapolis Industrial
CBRE arranged the sale of I-65 Indianapolis Logistics Center South, a newly constructed, 954,370-square-foot distribution facility in Franklin, IN, along with a subsequent full-building lease for an undisclosed third-party logistics company.
Andrew Morris and Jeremy Woods of CBRE represented the unnamed seller in the sale to a partnership between Northern Virginia-based Legacy Investing and an affiliate of New York City-based Axonic Capital LLC. CBRE also represented Legacy and Axonic in the lease.
“The cream always rises to the top, and once again the quality and completeness of the new construction was a major differentiator,” said Morris. “This building was constructed with office space and all of the key features to accommodate immediate occupancy, which was a major plus for our new tenant.”
Added Woods, “The combination of the strategic location and immediate proximity to a very deep and skilled labor force makes it a preferred choice among logistics operators.”
