Seminole Trail Management Acquires Virginia Beach Office for $12M
Divaris Real Estate, Inc., has completed the $12.2-million sale of Windwood Centre, a four-story Class A suburban office building in the Lynnhaven submarket of Virginia Beach, VA.
CCP Commercial Real Estate sold the building to Seminole Trail Management, which is retaining Divaris to handle leasing and management.
Jason Oliver and Michael Divaris of Divaris represented seller CCP in the transaction.
“With its strong tenancy, functional amenities and excellent location across from the dominant mall in the region, Windwood is one of the premier suburban office buildings in Hampton Roads,” stated Oliver.
The 78,619-square-foot building is located across from Lynnhaven Mall at the corner of Lynnhaven Parkway and International Parkway. Current tenants include Regus and Moseley Architects.
Charlottesville, VA-based Seminole Trail Management in April purchased the Poplar Hill Medical Center in Chesapeake, VA for $5.7 million.
