Eikon Therapeutics Signs Major Lease at New Millbrae Campus

Hayward, CA-based biotechnology company Eikon Therapeutics is moving across the Bay, executing a long-term lease with Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. to establish new headquarters in Millbrae, CA. Eikon’s new home will consist of 285,000 square feet of office and laboratory space on a new life sciences campus being developed by Alexandria.

Upon completion, the Alexandria Center for Life Science – Millbrae campus will be made up of four structures totaling 637,000 square feet, situated across from the Millbrae Transit Center. Eikon will be the anchor tenant in the environmentally sustainable facility, which is targeting LEED Gold certification.
