Round Rock Site for New “Build-for-Rent” Community
Coastal Ridge Real Estate will utilize their Stillwell brand with a new 225-unit project in the Austin suburb of Round Rock. The 20-acre site will offer renters one, two and three-bedroom homes with access to a resort-style pool, clubhouse, walking trails and a fitness center.
The project will be within the 1,200 acre Avery Centre master planned community 25 miles north of Austin, the community is home to Texas State University, Texas A&M Health Science Center and Cornerstone Hospitality.
“Stillwell offers our residents the same privacy and outdoor space that comes with home ownership, without committing to a mortgage or maintenance,” said Coastal Ridge’s Andy Lallathin.
