Handler Brings 561 Seventh Ave. To Full Occupancy
Handler Real Estate Organization has completed four new office transactions at 561 Seventh Ave., bringing the boutique office property to 100% leased.
“The success of 561 Seventh Ave. has been a combination of diligence, patience, flexibility, and the underlying confidence that the New York City market would come back,” said Handler CEO Scott Galin.
The new transactions include:
- Music production and entertainment company Element Music signed a short-term, 4,000-square-foot renewal . Darell Handler and Kyle Galin represented both sides.
- Out-of-home media not-for-profit Geopath signed a long-term, 3,944-square-foot renewal. Handler and Kyle Galin represented both sides.
- Blueprint Lighting signed a long-term, 3,000-square-foot relocation and expansion. Handler and Kyle Galin represented ownership, while Alex Bush of Handler Real Estate Services represented the tenant.
- Food logistics company SeaFrigo USA signed a long-term, 2,800-sf relocation for its U.S. headquarters space. Handler and Kyle Galin represented both sides.
