Tishman Speyer Sells Meta-Leased Sunnyvale Office Campus

Tishman Speyer announced the sale of an office complex in the Moffett Park neighborhood of Sunnyvale, CA to CommonWealth Partners. The campus, which includes four office buildings, two parking structures and plenty of outdoor recreational space is fully leased to Meta.

Newmark, which calls the transaction Silicon Valley’s largest ever investment sale, represented Tishman Speyer.
