North Palisade Enters Bay Area Market With $8M Industrial Purchase

Southern California-based North Palisade Partners has acquired its first Bay Area property, a 2-acre industrial outdoor storage/multi-use yard in Fremont, CA. The Palisade Whitney Logistics Yard could be developed with an industrial facility to meet demand for well-located infill warehouse space.

North Palisade’s John Petersen said of the $8 million deal, “This is a well located and established parcel that was attractive because it gives us the flexibility to position the property for yard or trailer storage with the ability to build a 42,000-square-foot Class A industrial building.”

Colliers’ Ed Hofer, who represented North Palisade in the transaction said, “The East Bay industrial markets in the I-80 and I-880 corridor continue to experience soaring demand. Since this is one of only a few infill sites in Fremont, we expect North Palisade will be well positioned to realize value should they elect to build a facility on the site.”
