Meridian Capital Group has completed the $37.6-million sale of a 614,610-square-foot industrial property on 77 acres in Newington, CT.

Industrial Asset in Newington Swaps Ownership for $38M

Meridian Capital Group has closed on the $37.6-million sale of 353 Alumni Road, a 614,610-square-foot industrial property situated on 77 acres of land in Newington, CT.

Meridian’s Abie Kassin, Lipa Lieberman, and David Schechtman procured the buyer, while Morris Betesh, and Ikey Betesh (also with Meridian) represented the seller.

The nearly 615,000 square foot, fully stabilized property features a short-term lease with below-market rents and has significant value-add potential.

In 2021, Meridian closed more than $55 billion in financing across more than 280 unique lenders.
