Music Company Sets Up in Last-Mile Industrial Building in Metro Phoenix

Sweetwater is a leading music technology and instrument retailer, and they ran out of room at their headquarters in Fort Wayne, Indiana. They just moved into a new distribution and fulfillment center along Loop 303 in Glendale. Sweetwater’s Phil Rich says they should be able to improve the way they do business, “We are integrating state-of-the-art technology into this facility. to ensure that items are shipped quickly, efficiently and accurately.” Adding that the move means that packages will reach west coast customers within a day or two.

The 350,000 square-foot facility is just down the road from the $12 billion Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Plant. The company reported $1.43B in sales and facilitated four million orders in 2021, seeing revenue growth of 25% over 2020. That, they say, makes them the world’s leading music technology and instrument retailer in the country.
