URG Snags Denver Office Building for $34M
Seattle-based Urban Renaissance Group, LLC (URG) has acquired a six-story, 150,000-square-foot Class A commercial office building in the Denver area for $34 million. Located at 370 Interlocken Blvd. in Broomfield, CO, the property represents URG’s fifth acquisition in the Denver area.
“We’re excited about our purchase of 370 Interlocken and what it means for URG’s continued growth in Denver,” said the company’s founder and CEO, Pat Callahan. “As a top-tier asset located close to Denver and Boulder, we think it’s an ideal acquisition given its close proximity to high-quality housing and a highly-educated workforce.”
Located on nine acres, the 24-year-old building features a fitness center, conference room and EV charging stations. A 2017 renovation included new lobby finishes, fully-remodeled restrooms and an upgraded elevator lobby. In addition, the building is situated just a mile from Flatiron Crossing, a busy shopping mall that is home to 200 retailers, eateries and a multiplex.
