Maven Hires San Francisco Investment Sales Veteran

Maven Commercial, Inc. is welcoming San Francisco commercial real estate veteran Matthew C. Sheridan as its multifamily and investment sales division leader. In addition to having $500 million in sales-transactions experience, Sheridan also founded SF Apartment Magazine and publishes industry data and analytics, which will now be available to Maven constituents.

Maven founder Santino DeRose said in a news release, “Our team’s long-standing relationship with Matthew and our clients’ increased needs in investment sales made a compelling case to bring him on board. His deep real estate knowledge and relationships in the multifamily and investment sector complement our firm’s expertise.”
