New Rental Home Community Coming to Gilbert

Continental Properties is calling its latest build-to-rent community Avanterra Town Square. It will include 102 single-family home rentals with the units ranging from one to four bedrooms.

Besides the standard indoor amenities, the residences will offer private outdoor spaces, driveway and garage parking and abundant storage. Avanterra Town Square will handle all of the exterior maintenance. Other amenities include a pool, 24 hour fitness center, clubhouse and dog park.

Continental’s Heather Riggs says the demand for homes in Gilbert is strong, “With a population that has nearly doubled since 2010, Gilbert is one of the fastest cities in the United States, and increasingly in need of more housing options.”

Pre-leasing will begin late 2022, with move-ins expect in March of 2023.
