Celina Site of New 251-Unit Apartment Development

i3 is developing the project and Arch-Con is building it. The project, to be called Highfield Preston, will be a three-building, four-story multifamily development in Celina. i3 closed on the 7.9 acre parcel in December 2021. The company has head-manned healthcare, cold storage, retail and multifamily projects.

Highfield Preston will offer one, two and three-bedroom floor plans with amenities such as a resident clubroom, fitness and yoga studio, conference room and private garages. The apartments should be ready for tenants in August 2023. i3’s Matt Maglothin is bullish on the location, “The property is within Prosper ISD which is known for excellent schools, is less than twenty minutes to Legacy Business Park in Plano, and the Dallas North Tollway expansion should be completed as we deliver the first units.”
This will be i3 and Arch-Con’s tenth project together. Since opening its doors in 2016, Arch-Con has completed more than 30 projects in a wide variety of types.
