Ivanhoé Cambridge, Hines Launch Repositioning of West Loop Offices

Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines have commenced the repositioning of 10 & 120 South Riverside Plaza, a two-building, 1.4-million-square-foot office complex in Chicago’s West Loop. Completion is slated for 2024.

Additionally, leases were signed with the first tenants of the newly repositioned space. Law firm Levenfeld Pearlstein signed a long-term deal for 37,000 square feet at 120 South Riverside. Vitality Group committed to 29,000 square feet at 120 South Riverside.

“We’re thrilled to see how Levenfeld Pearlstein, the Vitality Group, as well as 10 & 120 South Riverside Plaza’s current customers, share our vision of how the office experience and its built environment should keep evolving,” said Jonathan Pearce, EVP, leasing and development, at Ivanhoé Cambridge.

JLL’s Todd Mintz and John Zeffery represented Levenfeld Pearlstein. Vitality Group was represented by JLL’s Matt Carolan and Robert Schmidt. CBRE’s Kelsey Scheive and Jon Cordell oversee office leasing on behalf of ownership.
