RIPCO Taps Jack Chera as Executive Managing Director
RIPCO Real Estate has hired Jack Chera as executive managing director for the firm’s Long Island and New York City markets. With more than a decade of expertise in acquisitions and retail leasing, Chera will work closely with RIPCO’s team to expand the company’s presence in Long Island and across the five boroughs. He’ll be based at the firm’s Long Island office.
“Jack has an impressive track record and decades of retail knowledge and experience,” said Mark Kaplan, COO at RIPCO. “He’s been a part of significant acquisitions and lease transactions during his lengthy tenure at Crown Acquisitions and we’re excited to see what he can accomplish with our platform.”
Chera had worked at Crown Acquisitions since 2010. He worked both in acquisitions and in Crown’s brokerage arm, Crown Retail Services. Additionally, Chera helped some of his many clients purchase and sell properties throughout the five boroughs.
