Dallas Suburb Site of Sprawling Multifamily Apartment Sale
Weidner Apartment Homes has acquired Harmony Hill, a 644-unit development in Rowlett, a suburb of Dallas. The seller was Huffines Communities. The property traded off-market for an undisclosed price.
Kevin O’Boyle brokered the deal for CBRE.
The complex was the winner of the McSam 2019 Multifamily Community of the Year award. It features two resort-style pools, outdoor grills, a 9-hole disc golf course and a 7,000 square foot fitness area.
The Huffines Communities company is one of the largest residential real-estate development companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, owning and operating more than a dozen communities. Weidner has numerous properties in the US and Canada.
