San Antonio-Area Site for New 352-Unit Multifamily Project

The small enclave of Castle Hills will be getting a large apartment complex. After numerous public meetings and public concern about traffic in the small town, the city within a city (San Antonio) has agreed to terms with Vaquero Ventures to move forward on a 352-unit project. The 334,790-square foot development will be built at 1220 Commerce St. The complex will have a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom units averaging out at 746 square feet per unit.

The property will be on 4.7 acres and contain a fitness center, pickleball court, two swimming pools and a garage with over 400 spots.
