Chef Charles Gabriel Comes to East Harlem with Soul Food Concept
Tahl Propp Equities has completed a lease at The Fifth Avenue Condominium, located at 1325 Fifth Ave. in East Harlem, to Charles Pan-Fried Chicken, the soul food restaurant owned by James Beard-nominated chef Charles Gabriel.
The Fifth Avenue is a mixed-use development by Tahl Propp Equities comprising 150 residential condominiums, 35,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 160 indoor parking spaces. The building is in a high-traffic area and is one block north of Central Park, making it a prime location for the third Charles Pan-Fried Chicken storefront.
Jessica Hedrington and Jason Pennington of RIPCO Real Estate LLC represented Charles Pan-Fried Chicken, while Tahl Propp was represented in-house by Shana Sewell. David Bleckner and Corey Trail of Lester Bleckner & Shaw LLP were the legal representation for Tahl Propp, while Charles Pan-Fried Chicken was represented by Stephen Goldstein of The Law Offices of Stephen Goldstein.
