Chris Aiken Tapped to Help Grow MetLife’s Equity Real Estate Platform 

Chris Aiken has joined MetLife Investment Management as head of acquisitions within the Real Estate Equity Strategies Group. He reports to Sara Queen, head of equity strategies within MIM’s Real Estate Group. 
 
Aiken has nearly two decades of real estate investment experience, most recently at Safanad as a managing director, where he was responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the investment life cycle within the firm’s real estate strategies. Before that, he was at BlackRock in increasing levels of responsibility, focused on real estate acquisitions, including development, value-add and core strategies.
