Trenton’s Largest For-Sale Office Property Comes to Market

NAI Fennelly has been selected to market 240 W. State St., a 240,000-square-foot office building currently for sale in Trenton, N.J. An asking price wasn’t disclosed. Located in downtown Trenton across the street from the New Jersey State Museum and near the New Jersey State House, 240 W. State is currently the largest for-sale office building with indoor secure parking in Trenton.

“Despite challenges surrounding the return to work, we continue to see office users aggressively searching for well-located, fun, creative and flexible office space that enables them to tap into state incentive programs,” said Jerry Fennelly, SIOR, president of NAI Fennelly.

He continued, “240 W. State St. is an ideal occupier investment with a wide range of amenities including on-site parking, outdoor pool and patio, a first-floor banquet hall with kitchen and a first floor 30-person café paired with a variety of state incentives.”
